ECHAMP is the European Coalition on Homeopathic and Anthroposophic Medicinal Products. It represents the vast majority of the industry of homeopathic and anthroposophic medicinal products in Europe. ECHAMPa��s main aim is an appropriate legal and regulatory framework in order to achieve free and easy availability of a full range of these medicinal
products in the European Union as needed for the practice and the development of these therapeutic approaches. This should make it possible that homeopathy and anthroposophic medicine fully become part of health care in the European Union. ECHAMP represents 56 full members, 12 corresponding and 11 associated members in 18 member states.
Language: English The office is run by a General Secretary, the Office Manager and the Office Assistant PR and Communication. There is a close cooperation with the ECHAMP Board of Management, a Liaison Officer as regards the lobby work in the Parliament and a Consultant PR and Communication.
Requested skills of the trainee:
Working language: English Knowledge of some other EU- languages (German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguesea��a��a��.) is a benefit.
Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express, Internet Explorer
Most communication is done by phone and e-mail. 1-3 colleagues are daily in the office, so it is necessary to be able to work in a small association in close cooperation with the ECHAMP team.
General Tasks Traineeship
Assist the office manager and the assistant PR & Communication in the regular back office tasks a.o.
- organisation of meetings and events (preparing the room, printing documents, assistance during the meeting)
- execution of mailings regarding projects, meetings and the annual report
- keep the archives of printed documents and publications
- (urgent) mails and mailings
- e-mail correspondence
- incoming telephone communication
- assistance to the Consultant PR & Communication
- website assistance
- attend the PR meeting
- help preparing documents and publications
Assist the President and the General Secretary on specific task such as running projects, web search, drafting and lay-outing documents.
Specific projects scheduled for particular periods will be communicated during the conversation with the candidate trainee. In the coming periods specific projects are being set up in the field of legal and regulatory
