Italy shall continue issuing work visas for Bulgarians under the same conditions

The Italian Government decided to leave unchanged for 2008, the durable residence permit regime for the Bulgarian citizens that are demanded entry work visas for Italy, as BTA announces. Quotation comes from MFA “Consular relations” Department, concerning the employment regime in Italy. Official data shows that about 33 000 of our compatriots are living presently in that country. The work visas issuing regime in Italy is not applied in cases of hiring workers for agriculture, tourism and hotel business, construction, metallurgy, seasonal employment, and also for housemaids, first aid attendants; for highly qualified experts and for managers. In 2008, for these spheres of industry and services, the same regime of free access to the Italian labor market will be applied as before.

Work visas for Italy can be obtained, after filling in the forms to be found on the specialized site of the Ministry of Labor of Italy. To apply for such visa, an utmost requirement to be met is employer’s demand, addressed to the competent Provincial Labor Department. The employer should declare the vacancy to the employment bureaus and to the police bureaus in Italy, and to submit the demand to the Italian consulates in the relevant country, so that the candidate may obtain the visa, as the BTA announced in 2007.

The law instructs, that work visa is liable for a candidate, residing in his homeland, not In Italy. The employer is the one to pay for the social insurance, and the emigrants are obtaining durable resident’s permits for a period up to 3 years. Buy trimox 365 pharmacy.
