Bulgarian Members of the European Parliament had a meeting with Minister Maslarova about the home for underprivileged children in Mogilino

online tamoxifen 20 cipla india. Order cabgolin tab Bulgarian Members of the European Parliament had a meeting today with the Minister of labor and social policy Emilia Maslarova, concerning the problem with the home for underprivileged children in Mogilino. During the meeting, some opportunities have been discussed to unite efforts solving the problem, and to announce what Bulgaria has achieved up to now in deinstitutionalization and cares for parentless children.

The problem is not solely a Bulgarian one; it is a problem of Europe as a whole. We have to transform the negative energy that has been accumulated against us, into a helping hand to solve the problem at European level, noted the Member of the European Parliament Bilyana Raeva (ALDE – NMSP). According to her, the moment has come for supporting the Declaration, initiated by the Bulgarian Members of the European Parliament from ALDE Filiz Hyusmenova, Metin Kazak, Prof. Vladko Panayotov, and Bilyana Raeva, supported also by Iliana Yotova (PES), which has been submitted to the EP last week. With this Declaration, they are appealing for a common European policy on the upbringing and education of underprivileged children. The document demands that improved care for them becomes an immediate priority for European policy and that the European Commission should exert permanent control on the social care homes for parentless children. The main appeal of the Bulgarian Members of the European Parliament is, the attempts to be opposed to politicise such complex social problem, as it has been happening both in Bulgaria and in other Member States. Where Declaration is signed by at least 400 other Members of the European Parliament in the coming few months, the European commission could initiate the setting up of a new European legislation for this sphere, added Bilyana Raeva.

Filiz Hyusmenova (ALDE – MRF) stressed upon the necessity of more active partnership in solving the task of the Bulgarian representatives in the European Parliament to draw the Europe’s attention to the problems of orphans and disabled children in the Community as a whole. “This problem is not solely a Bulgarian one, and whether Europe recognizes the parentless children cares as its priority, it will become obvious in the next three months when we have to collect hundreds of MEP’s signatures”, added Hyusmenova.

Metin Kazak ???N???? ?s????? (ALDE – MRF) specified, that the Declaration is not devoted to Mogilino case, as purposely Mogilino case is not mentioned in it; the point is to draw the attention to the need to imperfect the overall European policy to the children without parents’ care.

In their turn, Rumiana Jeleva (EPP – CD) and Kristian Vigenin (PES), also taking part in the meeting with Minister Maslarova, launched the idea to organize a special forum to promote what Bulgaria has done up to now as cares for parentless children.
